In the 21st century, workplace leadership skills have evolved to adapt to the changing nature of work. Today’s leaders must possess a diverse set of skills, including adaptability, emotional intelligence, technological proficiency, and the ability to manage a remote team. The Workplace Leadership Skills Program is designed to address these modern demands.
Course Objectives
At the end of the program the participants will be able to:
