Rohin has been a corporate trainer and business consultant in the Learning & Development industry for the past 25 years which include Senior Management roles in Canada and Singapore. He has trained and coached thousands of employees from MNCs to Government Agencies across the region on various programs.
Apart from being a corporate trainer, Rohin was the Executive Director and Principal Consultant at Anugraha Consulting Sdn Bhd where he personally developed and delivered the Executive Development Program awarded by the Malaysian Human Resources Ministry (2009 -2010) to train and place 1000 youths nationwide in a JV with Open University Malaysia. Since then, Rohin has been the Lead Trainer for the execution and delivery of the Graduate Executive Trainee (SL1M / Protege’) program taken on by various GLCs nationwide.
While leading and directing certain nation-wide projects under the Human Resources Ministry, Rohin has had the privilege to professionally contribute to the development of refugee communities in Malaysia organised by UNHCR, T4R and Monash University. It is a program designed to empower the refugee communities especially women and youth to be economically self sufficient through a unique Entrepreneurship drive.
Rohin displays his passion as an Entrepreneur & Expert Trainer in all his programs as they are designed with the efficacy of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model and run based on the methodology of Experiential Learning where participants are able to garner valuable knowledge and implement them be it at the workplace or in their lives.
