Rohin has been in the Training & Development industry for more than 22 years which include internasional placements in Canada and Singapore. As a Senior Corporate Trainer, he has trained and coached more than 30,000 corporate and government employees in the region on various So skills programs ranging from Team Effectiveness to Protégé.
As an Entrepreneur (18 years), apart from clinching, managing, Leading and directing certain nation-wide projects be it in the area of Education or Manpower management, Rohin has had the privilege to professionally contribute to the development of the refugee communities in Malaysia (since 2018) which is jointly organised by UNHCR, T4R and Monash University. It is a program designed to empower the refugee communities especially women and youth to be economically self-sufficient and independent through a unique Entrepreneurship drive.
As a business consultant at Open University of Malaysia, Rohin personally developed and delivered the Executive Development Program awarded by the Malaysian Human Resources Ministry to train and place 1000 youths nationwide. He has also had the opportunity to train over 200 Entrepreneurs in “Leadership and Mindset Of an Entrepreneur” program through SME Corp Malaysia. Currently, Bimal is the Lead Trainer for the execution and delivery of the Graduate Executive Trainee (SL1M) program taken on by various GLCs nationwide which include UEM Group, Sapura Kencana, Ekuinas, MAHB and PNB.
Rohin has a unique educational background which includes a Certificate in Electronics Engineering, a post-graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Frederick Taylor International University of California (USA). He is also a CerDfied Training Professional awarded by the Pusat Sumber Manusia (M) Berhad, (reg. 024) and has received a Statement of Attainment from the Competency Training Institute of Australia.
