This Management Trainee Series is a structured plan designed to equip executives with the necessary skills and knowledge required to become successful managers or leaders within an organization. This program aims to outline the key objectives, program structure, and activities that will be carried out during the training period, as well as the benefits and opportunities that trainees will gain upon completion of the program. Course Objectives
